Eye makeup is the heart throb of face and experimenting thrills me.The very idea of blue mascara can create a terror in go-to-simple beauties but if you have guts put your face forward and flutter those magical blue eyelashes.I recently spotted Colorbar Starry eye mascara and gave a thought of trying it.Lets see how the product fares.I guess this mascara is available in total 3 shades.

Like the usual trend we can see the mascara housed in a silver outer box with all the details.The mascara tube is color coded with a silver cap.The bristles are comparable to most of the drugstore mascara's available and the texture of mascara is thick and creamy.Shade is bright blue and the pigmentation of the mascara is good and opaque.It is adds some volume though not crazy and over layering can weigh down lashes little bit.It won't curl,lengthen or separate the lashes.Also the formula is light weight and doesn't stiffen them.Blue stroke on lashes will make you feel like a glamourous diva if you carry it well otherwise the entire story ruins. :p
Formula takes a lot of time to dry up because of the creamy texture.Also it is not completely smudge proof but doesn't even transfers to lid.To be frank I have never wore this mascara for more than 3-4 hours and hence I cannot comment on the staying power but it stayed quite well for that time period.It is not waterproof hence the removal is quite easy otherwise waterproof mascara's can drive you crazy.I find it priced towards the expensive side because in India no one would splurge on such an unusual product.In order to experiment the price of this product should be lowered because one would rarely sport it.
Tip: Donot forget to apply few coats from upper side to cover them.Since blue is not the natural colour of lashes the root of upper side of lashes will appear black which will look clumpsy.

Overall I would say that I am quite impressed with the opaque pigmentation which makes the lashes standout.If it is up your alley do give it a try and give a new dimension to makeup.Recommended!
